Consulting 101
Our Consulting 101 course is geared towards new hires that are either junior in their career or new to consulting altogether. We discuss the different types of professional services, what customers expect of professional services firms, and the keys to success in a role as a Professional Services consultant.
Consulting 201
Our Consulting 201 course takes our 101 course and goes into more depth. This course is specifically aimed at managers and leaders in a Professional Services organization and discussed in-depth how the lay the groundwork for delivery success and follow-on growth.
Account Planning
Account Planning doesn't come natural to most delivery leaders, but if you aren't doing it, you're missing a tremendous growth opportunity. This course is aimed at helping delivery consultants master the skills required to build and executive effective account plans to drive growth.
Consulting 101
Our Consulting 101 course is considered "table stakes" for anyone involved in Professional Services. We discuss how Professional Services differs from pure play consulting and also how being in Professional Services is different than being an employee in a company. We talk about the key things Professional Services consultants need to do well and what perils and pitfall to avoid. This class is intended to be part of the Day 1 training curriculum for any Professional Services organization.
